  • If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us at your earliest convenience.
  • For all fresh floral orders, we offer a full refund if your flowers are wilted or expired within 48 hours of delivery or pickup. (excluding floral installations and event florals). You must return the floral arrangement to us and/or send detailed photos, which accurately depict the poor condition of the flowers, in order to receive a refund.
  • Our flowers are always accompanied by a "Care Instructions". We cannot guarantee the longevity of your flowers if you do not follow the care instructions.  
  • Live Plants/Potted Plants - We offer a 7 day return policy on potted plants for a full refund if the plant is diseased or expired. The plant must be returned to our shop in order to receive a refund.
