Return and Refund Policy
Our customers' satisfaction with our products is our number one goal and we pride ourselves on maintaining the highest quality standards.
- If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us at your earliest convenience.
- For all fresh floral orders, we offer a full refund if your flowers are wilted or expired within 48 hours of delivery or pickup. (excluding floral installations and event florals). You must return the floral arrangement to us or send detailed photos, which accurately depict the poor condition of the flowers, in order to receive a refund.
- For purchase of hard goods (any merchandise other than fresh flowers or live plants), we offer a 7-day return policy for a full refund of your purchase. The merchandise must be returned in the same condition it was purchased and a receipt must be provided. (Credit card statements are acceptable if you declined a receipt at the time of purchase)
- Live Plants/Potted Plants - We offer a 7 day return policy on potted plants for a full refund if the plant is diseased or expired. The plant must be returned to our shop in order to receive a refund.
