DELIVERY FACTS AND PROCEDURES
Contact Free Delivery -
In an effort to promote the health and well-being of our valued customers as well as our team, we will be leaving flowers at the recipient's doorstep. We will ring the doorbell or knock then immediately head back to the delivery vehicle. Once left, we will call the recipient to let them know to look for their flowers. In cases of extreme weather we will call ahead to schedule a delivery window. If we do not hear from the recipient, delivery may be delayed or re-scheduled.
PLEASE NOTE: IF YOU DID NOT INCLUDE THE RECIPIENT'S PHONE NUMBER ON THE CART PAGE WHIE PLACING YOUR ORDER THEN YOUR DELIVERY MAY BE DELAYED.
General -
Our policy is to deliver your order on your requested delivery date unless we are unable to reach the recipient and there is no safe place to leave the flowers. If the recipient isn’t home at the attempted time of delivery, our driver will decide if it’s safe to leave the arrangement and will call to notify the recipient that they have a delivery waiting for them. In the event that the weather is too extreme (too hot, too cold or inclement) then we will not leave the florals and, instead, contact the recipient to arrange for an alternate delivery time when they will be home to receive them.
For Same Day Delivery, Please order before 12pm, Mon-Fri. Orders placed after 12pm on Friday (or during a holiday) will be delivered on the following Monday.
We will do our best, but same day deliveries cannot be guaranteed. If your order includes a special request, please call the shop directly to make sure we can accommodate you.
